Booty Barre Classes
Booty Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance and yoga. It is a fun and energetic workout that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre.
This Booty barré class is the original booty barré experience which alternates deep muscle toning movements along with intervals of fat-blasting cardiovascular exercises. The fluid dance-inspired class is set to an upbeat music selection at a pace to set your heart pumping. No dance experience is required for booty barré. You will start with a warm-up, then perform an upper body work out with light dumbbells. Next, you experience a total body barré workout finishing with an abdominal workout. Plus, a whole lot of calories burned.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Booty Barre Flex and Flow
This class is designed in specific sequences that build strength from static movements and also flexibility from long sweeping movements. You will start with a warm-up, then perform a total body workout with latex free resistance bands to tone the body. Next, you experience a total body barré workout, finishing with an abdominal workout using therabands.
Perfect for all levels.

Pilates Reformer and Tower Sessions
The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique. Springs and leverage are used to perform resisted as well assisted movements. The reformer is useful in the rehabilitation of clients post surgery ie, spinal or peripheral joint surgery.
At the same time, it is also useful for challenging and intense workouts to improve sports performance and fitness.
All classes are 55 min long.
Clients are advised to take at least 3 basic level classes before they decide to take up an intermediate class. It is essential to be working at a level that is suitable to your fitness.This way you can get what works best for your body and avoid injuries.
Bookings are essential as maximum amount of people the studio can occupy is 6.
Ante-natal classes are suitable for most pregnant women. It is important to get clearance from your midwife or obstetrician before commencing any physical exercise during pregnancy.
