Service Description

I advise clients who are dealing with injuries or post-surgical clients to have an initial assessment in order to work out a programme that suits them best. Always taking into consideration the safest programme to benefit each client's needs. Based on this assessment clients can choose whether group classes or private sessions are the best option.
